At Mirlary, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

By placing an order with Mirlary, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Mirlary reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

3. How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Support team.

  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mirlary cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • With missing items

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Include clear photos of:

  • The product.
  • The packaging.
  • The shipping label.

After reviewing your request, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product.
  • A full or partial refund.
  • Store credit.
  • A reshipment at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only when:

  • The product is defective.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.

If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information.
  • Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes.
  • Failure to collect the shipment.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.

Mirlary reserves the right to deduct:

  • Return shipping costs.
  • Carrier fees.
  • Customs charges.
  • Administrative handling costs.

These amounts may be deducted from any applicable refund.


10. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by Mirlary.


11. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using order records, payment confirmations, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery.


12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
